Maintenance of the Neo Outlaw Mud Monster ueis important, each time it is ridden please ensure all nuts and bolts are tightened and no parts are loose, we recommend the rider to wear a safety helmet when riding for extra protection, please note this Go Kart / Buggy is fast and we encourage parents to supervise riding and ensure your child gets used to the ride on buggy on a lower speed before increasing the speed setting.

Recommended age is 14 years and above, many parents like there children who are alot younger to ride these types of fast bikes and buggies, this will be at your own risk.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
DUE TO THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THIS ITEM IT IS COVERED BY A REPLACEMENT PARTS WARRANTY, IF YOUR MACHINE DEVELOPS A FAULT WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 30 DAYS, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AND WE WILL ADVISE HOW TO BEST RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND SEND OUT REPLACEMENT PARTS, WITHOUT CHARGE PROVIDING THE FAULTY PARTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
PLEASE NOTE CUSTOMERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO FIT THE PARTS THEMSELVES, GUIDANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON TECHNICAL ISSUES.

Suitable terrain: Suitable for dry use only on flat terrains such as tracks, large gardens or very flat fields. : Please note that these electric bikes are only suitable for riding in dry conditions. Damage caused to the electrics by water will not be covered by warranty.
